3 Reasons to see a Registered Dietitian in 2022

You're unsure of what to eat because many foods don't make you 'feel good'.

 

Most people have 'trigger' foods, have you identified yours?  If there are certain foods that cause you bloating, gas, loose stools, headaches, fatigue, skin rashes, acne, joint pain etc., you might have developed a food sensitivity which is more common than you might think. Food sensitivities can appear due to a "leaky" or compromised gut lining and can virtually be ANY food.  What causes a "leaky" gut? Unfortunately, LIFE..
