Insurance:

• In-network with Independent Health, BlueCross BlueShield/Highmark, UnitedHealthcare, and Univera (commercial plans only).

• Not in-network for Medicare, Medicaid/MediSource, or Federal BCBS.

• Coverage varies by plan. Many plans cover preventive nutrition counseling, often with little to no patient cost—but please verify your benefits.
   

Private Pay Pricing:

• Initial session:

  • 90 minutes- $220

• Follow-ups:

  • 30-minutes- $60

  • 45-minutes- $90

  • 60-minutes- $120
