Insurance:

• In-network with Independent Health, BlueCross BlueShield/Highmark, UnitedHealthcare, and Univera (commercial plans only).

• Not in-network for Medicare, Medicaid/MediSource, or Federal BCBS.

• Coverage varies by plan. Under the ACA, many plans cover preventive nutrition counseling, often with little to no patient cost—but please verify your benefits.
   

Private Pay Pricing:

• Initial session (90 min): $195

• Follow-ups are discounted at 20%: (30-60 minutes) $52-$104
