Otherwise payment options are private pay/out of pocket.

Do you offer virtual consults?

Will you make me track macros and calories?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no. Tracking can be a helpful tool if your goal is body composition changes or weight loss, since being in a calorie deficit is key for progress. In those cases, I may encourage tracking (at least short-term) to build awareness and ensure accuracy.
That said, calorie tracking isn’t for everyone — and it’s not always necessary. If your goals are more focused on improving energy, digestion, or overall health, we can take a different approach that doesn’t involve tracking.

What is the success rate?

Success is dependent on the client’s goals. By incorporating whole-real foods more often than heavily processed foods, my clients tend to feel more energized, have increased mood, and see changes in body composition. The goal of my program is to help my clients fuel their body with food and to help them develop a healthy relationship with food. (Weight loss is only a bonus!).

How many sessions will I need?

Depends on the concern. I work with my clients until all their concerns are addressed or until their health conditions are managed (at least 4 sessions).
 
Once my clients hit their 'maintenance' phase, we can discuss only meeting 1-3 times per year.

Do you recommend supplements?

Yes, when appropriate. My approach is always food first, but sometimes supplements can help fill gaps or provide extra support for specific health goals. At your comfort level, I typically start with foundational supplements (such as vitamins, minerals, or probiotics) before considering anything more targeted. I use Fullscript, a professional-grade supplement dispensary, so you’ll have access to high-quality, evidence-based options with guidance on safe use, brands, and dosing.
